Numerco, the London based commodity supply company, concludes a transaction to supply CO2 reductions generated from a degradation and deforestation project in Kenya. The project protects over 500,000 acres of highly threatened Kenyan forest, conserves the habitats of endangered species and provides income to more than 100,000 people in the surrounding communities. The project has been verified to both VCS and CCBA standards.
